Webinar: Transforming Capital Portfolio Management - A bp Success Story

Companies are spending a lot of time, money, and effort developing detailed governance and gating frameworks across their capital portfolios. Without digitising the process that underpins these frameworks, it is near impossible for asset intensive organisations to gain the level of transparency into cost and scheduling performance needed to make trusted decisions, and drive efficiencies across their project portfolios.
This webinar focuses on the steps bp's portfolio and project managers took to better manage their capital performance and project governance, and the benefits that followed.
Teaming up with Denver in 2009, bp and Denver created Nostra, an end-to-end digital solution for greater transparency to cost and schedule performance across bp’s entire portfolio of capital projects.
Today six of bp’s refineries globally -along with bp’s ANZ retail function- use Nostra to manage large projects for real time portfolio visibility and enjoy:

First, Nostra works, from the initial installation. This may seem obvious but having spent over $100,000 on my last project trying (and failing) to get solutions up and running, I think this may be the biggest benefit Nostra offers.
